NannyU specializes in finding highly qualified, passionate, driven nannies and placing them in the homes of parents who seek only the best for their children. We are interested not only in the happiness of the family but also in that of the nanny. We seek to establish a long-term relationship with our clients in order to best serve their needs every step of the way. We believe in providing continuing education and support for each one of our nannies so they are able to provide professional care and learn the latest methods and strategies of working with children. 

Our services require a $50 application fee in order to start finding the right care provider to meet your needs.
If we are unable to provide at least 3 applications for you to review within 30 days you're application fee will be refunded with the option for us to continue our search for the right nanny for you.

 NannyU performs various background checks, as well as reference checks for each of the nannies we consider. We also interview each of our nannies in a child friendly location. This gives them a chance to display how they truly feel about being around children. The family will receive these reports along with the nannies resume when they are given clients to consider hiring. Once you have interviewed and accepted a client for hiring, NannyU will help negotiate the terms and expectations for you and your new nanny. Payment to NannyU is due before the first day of hiring the new employee. You will then have a 90 day guarantee to ensure you're happy with your new employee.
