Tessa Frye was born and raised on a ranch in Western Nebraska. She grew up riding horses, working cattle, driving tractors, and helping raise her brothers and sisters, she's the oldest of 13. Living more than 65 miles from the doctor, grocery store, and movie theater and 30 miles from her post office she never dreamed she'd one day live in the big city.

Upon graduating from high school Tessa attended Berry College in Rome, Georgia. To help pay for college she worked as a nanny for a family with three children driving them to different activities, fixing dinner, grocery shopping, etc. She also volunteered at least 10 hours a week at the local Emergency Department helping patients feel more comfortable and relaxed during their E.R. visits. The evenings she wasn't in the E.R. you could find her babysitting for one of the various families she worked for. Her sophomore year she spent 6 weeks in Peru as a volunteer at a local children's home helping entertain and care for the children living there. Every child had some medical illness and was there so they could receive treatment. This required each of them to leave their families and leave everything behind, and for many the duration was years at a time.

After discovering her love for traveling she traveled alone to Manila, Philippines, Chang Rai, Thailand, and into Jinghong, China the summer of her Junior year. While on this trip she volunteered in an orphanage, handed out shoe boxes in a local dump, and loved and played with children in China. Many of the Chinese children had never seen a white person or digital cameras before!

Tessa graduated in 2007 with a degree in Biochemistry and minor in Biology. She returned to the orphanage in Manila and dedicated 4 months in early 2008 to working with the abandon and neglected children that lived in the home. She learned a lot working with these children that were so young yet had experienced so much  in their young lives.

Upon returning to Georgia, she was employed as a full time nanny for a family with 3 young children. Absolutely loving her job, she found there were a large number of families that desired reliable, trustworthy and educated child care providers for their children. When she could no longer work for all the families that requested and still wanting to be able to help people she decided to create her own business.

Tessa has 15 years of experience looking after children. She is naturally talented when it comes to working with children, even those who others may find challenging. She's excited about her future of working with parents, children and nannies and looks forward to all the lives she'll be able to touch, impact, and the relationships that will be created through working with families and nannies in the future.

Tessa would love to eventually become a full time "Parent Coach" and help bring peace and harmony to families all across the country. She loves teaching parents how to better understand their children and in turn makes their lives happier, functional, and harmonious. When parents can spend more time playing and less time yelling, being frustrated, or reaching whits end- everyone is happier and has the time to make those precious memories all parents want to last lifetimes.Â
