Prospective Clients:

NannyU believes the best way to build a lasting relationship with their clients is to meet them in person. In order to delegate the best possible nannies for you and your household we take the time to spend time with you, as well as each nanny we consider for placement. We believe in a more personal approach and being more involved with both our families and our nannies. 

What will happen during the family interview:

Either Tessa or Becky will come to your home and "observe" the way your family operates, the atmosphere of the home, the personalitites of the children and parents, and get a feel for how the home operates. Don't feel pressured in any way! We're here to help you find the ideal individual to come in and take part of your daily routine making it a little easier for everyone. Once dinner is over or some time has passed, we'd like to have a sit down conversation with the parents (if possible) to lay out exactly what their expectations are, discuss what we observed, and what kind of nanny we feel would be a good fit. During this we will ask for feedback from you (the parents) of any concerns, priorities, etc. 

 Once we've done an interview of the family and parents, we'll have a much better understanding and knowledge of exactly what canidates to choose for the family to interview. This will minimize the time spent by the parents interviewing different candidates and decrease the "stress" on the children as they'll have fewer individuals to meet in their home. 

 After the interview it shouldn't be more than a couple of days before you have several portfolios to consider in hiring your next NannyU nanny!
