All NannyU Nannies have met the minimum requirements listed below:

• College Educated (Full Time students, Bachelor degree, or Master) in childhood education or they have immense experience in child care.
• Hold current CPR/First Aide certifications, or be willing to become certified
• Clean background checks, reference checks, personal interview, character references, criminal history, and a motor vehicle report free of violations.
• Previous nanny experience (at least 2 years preferred)
• Hold a record for being driven, dedicated, prompt, reliable, trustworthy, honest, and responsible.
• Agree to stay informed on the latest developments in childcare/teaching, and attend monthly meetings hosted by the NannyU staff (Tessa and Becky)
• Demonstrate an ability and desire to be engage with the children, commit to keeping them active, and provide a good role model for the children they care for.
• Speak fluent English, (being fluent in a second language is a bonus)
